Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razvi Ziaee known as Attar. Ilyas Qadri is a Pakistani Sunni Muslim Scholar He is the author of Fizan-e-Sunnat. He is the leader of Dawat-e-Islami who is also known for establishing Jamia-tul-Madina, a chain of madrassas. His impressive efforts and untiring struggle have brought religious reforms amongst the lives of thousands of individuals.

Biography
Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri was born in 1950 in a Memoni family in Karachi Pakistan. Qadri studied for 22 years under Muhammad Waqaruddin Qadri at Darl Uloom Amjadia, Karachi. His ancestors belong to kutyana , Junagadh, India. The piety, virtues, and exemplary-character of his grandfather were well-known in the area. His father moved to Pakistan in 1947. They first lived in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan but later came to bab-ul-Madinah Karachi. Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat's father Haji Haji Abdul Rahman Qadiri was steadfast on Islamic guidelines and was a righteous individual. Ameer-e-Sunnat( Molana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri ) was still an infant when, during a Hajj pilgrimage in 1970 when, during a Hajj pilgrimage in 1370 Hijri, His father passes away due to an extreme heatwave in the plain of Mina on 14thZulhijjah 1370 Hijri receiving the distinct honor of departing this world during a Hajj pilgrimage.
At a young age, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat ( Molana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri ) lost his father and after that, his only brother Abdul Ghani also passed away in a train accident. Amee-e-Ahl-e- Sunnat was brought up by his mother in challenging financial circumstances.
Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat had been fearful of Almighty Allah evens in his early years. Once, his elder sister got upset with him for some reason and said, "Allah will punish you for this ."Upon hearing this, he was filled with the fear of Allah and became restless. He then kept imploring his sister to take her words back and say that " Allah will not punish you." When his
Sister finally said those words, he attained peace of heart.
He has authored our 30 books including Faizan-e-Sunnat, Faizan-e Namaz. Qadri is the leader and founder of the Qadiri-yya, Rizviyya, Attariyya brach of Qadriyya Sufi order. Qadri is a widely respected sheik with a significant international following which is supported by the Madani TV channel. His most remarkable quote is " I Must Strive to Reform Myself and the People of the Entire World."
He spread Islam in more than 190 countries and its Madani activities are being carried out in more than 103 walks of life from hospitals to prisons and from school to Universities.
By virtue of Dawat-e-Islami, thousands of non-Muslima have embraced the light of Islam and countless sinful Muslims have reformed themselves and are now spreading the call toward righteousness themselves.
At the age of 67, Molana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri still holds 2-3 hours question and answer sessions weekly at the global Madani Markaz of Dawat-e-Islami Faizan-e-Madinah in Bab-ul-Madinah Karachi where he provides guidance on religious as well as ethical matters. Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat is a Shaikh (Spiritual Guide ) of the Qadiriyyah Sufi order with Ijazah (Authorization) from a number of Mashaikh (Spiritual guides) of the Qadiriyyah Sufi order. Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat leads a simple, moderate life always contemplating the hereafter and worrying about preserving his faith and enjoins his disciples to do the same.
